I was friends with a guy who was inventing tons of stuff. Tanks, hot air balloons, ventilation systems, massive drills, trucks, submarines, and other stuff. I helped him with some of those, actually. It seemed like a pretty big deal there.

... not so much when I got here. Or at least, once electricity showed up here.
