So it would seem - which is the most confusing part. It is almost like two separate physics systems - one restricted to individuals, and an overarching structure above that. In fact, it reminds me very much of the difference between microphysics and macrophysics - that is, how particles behave on a quantum level versus a macroscopic level.
With that in mind, this structure seems less improbable. Granted, it is still highly so, but Luceti is, if nothing else, proof that "highly improbable" does not equal "impossible".
