Eleventh Theory [Action/Voice]
((For the duration of the experiment Don's thoughts will be in {curly brackets}, OH GOD SORRY FOR THE BRAINSPAM.))
[Today Donatello is wandering around the village center, enjoying the nice weather and generally exploring. Unbeknownst to him, he is being followed by a thought bubble.]
[As he passes the clinic, on his way to the fountain:]
{... disassociative delusions. Induction of kinesthetic misperception. She thought her arm was artificial, so far as to... I should go visit her.}
[And as he comes into view of the school, he opens his journal:]
Molly, the weather is getting warm... do you want to start building the playground soon?

[Smile.] I'm glad to hear it. It seems like bad neighbors are a common problem. {Judging by certain TV shows, anyway.}

[Be bombarded with snatches of mediocre American TV shows.]
{Well, another thing TV has misinformed me about...}
[Whatever it looks like when someone changes a belief, that's what's going on in Don's bubble.]
That's good to know. But even better, if nothing needs to be fixed in the first place.

... Are you even old enough to vote? {What's voting age? ... in ... I don't even know where he lives.}

It's always seemed strange to me that eligibility to vote is based on age. Why not some kind of intelligence test? I'm sure there are many teenagers who can reason through political issues, and just as many adults who can't.
