Ahh, an interesting question. If a student only requires a bit of help to achieve a lot, there wouldn't be much of a challenge in it for me, now would there? A teacher's job is to guide a student and impart as much knowledge as possible on them. I suppose the kind who needs more help is most satisfying, to me.
