Sokka. I'm embarrassed that I didn't ask you any useful questions last week, and I'm downright ashamed that I haven't made it to the smithy yet. I need to start making up for these things, and I'm going to do that right now, by asking - what kind of materials and facilities do you have?

I'd - like to learn about magic. Not that I want to learn magic, but I've heard that's possible here, and... I just want to know... what kind of feats can be performed with these elemental abilities?

Also, if anyone here had magic in their own world, and their powers still work in Luceti - I'd like to hear about that too.

Nah seriously, let me think... most of my spells are wind based. So I can do things like create a hurricane! Though I can also stop time, but that one hasn't worked properly since I got here.

Can you use that to, for example, lift heavy objects? Or create a kind of force barrier around an area?

The hurricane ya mean? Yeah it'll lift most things right off the ground. I wouldn't use it as a barrier of any kind, the lightning strikes would kinda hurt.

[Oh, you didn't mention the lightning strikes.] How good is your aim? Could you pick something up and put it down in a specific place?

Not with that spell no. I have weaker versions without the added lightning, I guess if I practised with it I'd be able to...

My immediate goal is to lift some things onto the roof of the school building. If no one has magic that can accomplish such a thing, we'll probably have to build a crane.

Do you think you could do it?

Possibly, depends how heavy and durable what ya wanna lift up is.

I take it "less heavy, more durable" is better?

I got two spells that'd do the job. One for lighter objects that'd give 'em a quick whack into the air and the weaker unaltered hurricane that should lift heavier stuff.
